What does this car say about you?
More children than average to accommodate.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone seems to like it - in Privilege spec it does look good with the half-leather interior.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Probably - it is so much better in many ways than the Touran, Verso or Zafira which look positively dull in comparison.
What are you likely to buy next?
A diesel Grand Scenic.
Type of dealer you bought from?
Did you buy this car new?
What price did you pay?
When did you buy the car?
Did you get a good deal and why?
I paid £7000 which I was pleased about for a top spec model in good condition and with reasonable mileage.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Had a Grand Scenic previosuly and liked alot of the features.
What was the dealer like?
I bought from an independent sole trader and therefore saved about £2000 on Reanult dealer prices.
What's it like to drive?
The 1.6 petrol engine struggles abit but is generally adequate. Economy at 34mpg is acceptable. It is comfortable and relaxed once a speed is established.
What's it like to park?
OK - I have a tow bar which I find helpful!
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The passenger side headlamp no longer adjusts but otherwise it is fine.
What's most practical about your car?
The 7 seat format is good without the car being too large or cumbersome. Lots of storage and big boot.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Like the auto handbrake, lights and wipers. Panoramic sunroof is lovely. The auto door locking & auto shutting of windows and roof is good too.
