My workmates when I turned up in it: "What have you brought THAT for?!" "Why did you sell the Micra?".

No. Running costs (tax / fuel) too much.

I pick up an 03 plate Clio tomorrow!

Wanted a cheap 4x4 with potential to use as a day camper.

Straightforward, decent.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
NOISY!! Chugga, chugga, chugga. You can't hear yourself think over the engine. Weird 'whine' from the transmission / engine note. Seats very big and supportive over a long drive, especially if you have a big a**e like me. FUEL: On a long motorway drive, the best MPG I could average was 45mpg. Around town / mixed drive, no more than 40mpg.
What's it like to park?
Rear visibility is okayish; fits fairly well into a standard space; not too wide.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Haven't had it long, but no, not yet.
What's most practical about your car?
The sliding side door- very good. The four 'flight lockers' in the rear. High driving position.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The 'mantlepiece' shelf over the drivers head at the top of the windscreen; useful for dumping odds and ends.
