What does this car say about you?

What can I say? You wont find a car with this much power as cheaply as the Rover 220 Turbo! It's far lighter than most modern sports coupes and can out perform the majority of them. I've had two of these in the past the first one was a dream, decatting the car is a MUST! Can pick up a decat pipe on ebay for ~£30. Chipping IS NOT necessary as boost can be adjusted up to something like 14.4 psi (dont quote me on that) without chipping! Despite what some garages will tell you. So get a boost controller and adjust the boost to a safe level. Oh the second one, here's the bad bit about these cars, if something goes wrong, it's very difficult to diagnose the problem and if its the wrong thing it could cost you upto £800+ to put right. It's fast.

Yes, but would need to put cash aside for repairs.

Yes and No. 1st Rover Turbo was cool, 2nd one died.

Very fast car for little money.

Fantastic! Very fast, a rush to drive!

What's it like to park?

Fine.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Wire from pedal to rev engine was too tight, kept overheating until adjusted. Head gasket went. Gearbox and clutch needed replacing. Ring gear (fly wheel) had to be replaced. Cam belt went. Possible cracked piston rings.

What's most practical about your car?

Gets you from A to B as fast as an Impreza, well almost.
