What does this car say about you?

Practical, reliable, pretty and quite sensible but still brilliant fun! One of the family!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Dad's car broke down on morning he had to travel to a wedding 100 miles away, so borrowed my Rover, and was v impressed! Total change of heart about Rover's.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes! Beautiful build quality, Honda 'K' engine will go on and on, and value for money. What more could you want? Granted it's not for petrolheads or speedfreaks, but bet you they'd love her if they GREW UP!!

What are you likely to buy next?

Maybe five door version of same, if still around when this one dies, which I think will be a while yet.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Exact car I wanted, model, spec, colour, priced exactly as I expected with a good low mileage for age; £200 off window price sealed it. Great deal!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Had previous Rover 214 SLi 16v for 13 years with no problems whatsoever, divorce made me feel like updating it for a treat.

What was the dealer like?

Pretty good - would look there again.

What's it like to drive?

Good little motor! Nippy to drive, comfortable, nice handling. Not the fastest car on the road I admit, but you an only drive as fast as the speed limit - duh! Car has lovely build quality and delightful interior. I have been in cars costing 6 times as much, that look 10 times more plasticky. Highly recommend!

What's it like to park?

As easy as pie!

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing has gone wrong at all. I absolutely adore this car and want to keep her forever. If you look after her, she looks after you.

What's most practical about your car?

Always starts! Snow, ice, frost, early mornings, no worries! Ultra reliable! cheap parts (not that she ever needs any), cheap insurance, cheap tax. Boot space plenty for family's weekly grocery shop.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Fav gadget? There aren't really any gadgets on this car - which is a good thing because there are less things to break, and be charged a fortune to fix!
