Have had this car from new and has been very good value for money.
Costs
Very good.

On the road
Driving
Average for the class of car.
Performance
From new they were very quick off the mark, but over time they tend to lose the edge yet remain high up there with later models.

Living with it
Reliability
Very reliable. Have only ever had 1 reliability problem and that was the battery.
Image
Like other 600s, the lines are nice and the interior on the 623 is higher class than normal (leather throughout). Doesn't look too aged in style even after 8 years.
Comfort
Nice driving position for the taller or shorter person. Adjustable steering and seats allows for many different combinations.

Security and Service
Security
In-built immobiliser and horn alarm factory standard. Would have expected even in '94 to have sensors inside.
Service
Over time they have addressed issues with service levels and they have improved but, early on, the dealership we purchased the car from seemed a little unprofessional.
