Can seem a little expensive, but you do get a lot for your money.

Driving
Really fun car to drive. Automatic mode can be a little jerky, but you get used to it. If you want to pull off quickly best switch to manual, then revert back into automatic.
Performance
A great little car.

Living with it
Reliability
Only had one problem (car was second hand from a smart dealer) and that was the air con, took it to them and it was fixed within 24hrs. Apart from that never had any problems.

It's a smart! It's definitely a head turner. You'll be ambushed by people at filling stations, etc asking what they're like.
Comfort
Everything within easy reach for driver. Comfortable driving position too. Note: many of my passengers complained of bum ache after 30 minutes?!?

Built in immobiliser, remote central locking. Suppose they could fit an alarm, but I was happy leaving it wherever.
Service
Smart Brentford very friendly service. The car was originally silver but didn't want it in silver so they changed the panels for me to a colour of my choice. How cool is that!!
