What does this car say about you?

I didn't buy it to pose, so I'm not too concerned about the image it presents, but I don't think it winds people up as much as some 4x4s do.

It's definitely a family favourite - especially when going on a long trip or when the weather is poor.

Without a doubt - it offers a great driving environment and is tremendously versatile.

What are you likely to buy next?

A newer Landcruiser, but not for a few more years!

  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

It's not a sports car, but it encourages a less frenetic approach which is better for the blood pressure!

    What's it like to park?

Generally pretty easy once you get used to the size, but reverse parking up to low objects can be tricky.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

The reliability of these seems to be the thing of legend and mine certainly hasn't disappointed. After years of Renaults it's been a revelation!

What's most practical about your car?

It's just incredibly versatile - have carried 7 passengers, furniture, logs - anything and everything disappears into the back with ease.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The heated seats are my passengers favourite, but I love the cruise control!
