Nope, I'll never buy Volvo again. I owned the car, warrantied 76k and fsh, for 200 miles. 120 miles were spent to and from the dealer fixing gearbox faults and engine management faults.

Vectra estate or 5 series touring

Did you get a good deal and why?

£1100, 10 months MOT and six months tax. Top money for this model, but the car had fsh and lots of history and appeared in good condition.

What was the dealer like?

First class, couldn't fault the dealer at all.

Fast, quiet, thirsty

What's it like to park?

Didn't own it long enough to find out!!

Have you had any problems with the car?

On the drive home from the dealer the engine management light came on as did the gearbox warning light. Then a further engine management light 80 miles later!

What's most practical about your car?

Fast, can carry anyone or anything

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Possibly the most comfortable front and rear seats in any car, Jaguar included!
