Audi has a problem with this engine .It was very difficult to drive as it kept cutting out at junctions. Hot or cold it didn’t make any difference. My wife refused to drive it. The pre sense cut in a couple of times when it shouldn’t. I took it into the local garage, the mechanic came out but said being a new car it would settle in. The cutting out continues if you forget to give extra gas. The engine seems to dip and you’ve got to dip the clutch to get going. In the end ,enough was enough so sold it. The various forums alert future buyers of this engine which also affects all the VW ranges. That’s why there is a hold back on new cars being ordered. I’ve driven 100s of cars and this has been the worst ever. There must be thousands of them out there with the same problem.
