No. Audi customer service are by far the worst ever experience I have had. Kids deal with your case and you are treated like an idiot.

BMW - my experience of their service and customer service is outstanding.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Needed a new clutch almost immediately after buying it. Dealer didn't want to know, so ended up costing me £1686 on top of the £20K.
What's most practical about your car?
Rear parking aid.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Decent radio.
