In their own words

The single turbo 3l diesel is still very torquey - noticably more so than my old 4.2 V8 BMW 540i. Even in "Eco" mode with gentle foot action there's a strong pull. Put it into Dynamic and it's way quick enough and with 4-wheel drive and superb handling it's a great car and a pleasure to drive. But. It is thirsty. Try as I may, I cannot get much more than about 36mpg - from a diesel. It's more typically 29-32 mpg. Interior-wise, well each one (s/hand) is likely to be different. I was lucky and found one with a great brown interior with subthle led internal highlighting and panoramic roof. I saw a terrible boring one before buying this and decided to pay an additional £3k given I'll be living with it for years and years. The adjustable suspension of the all-road is a God-send on our near mile-long lane that's more like a stream-bed. It gets put into raised allroad mode every time we drive up it and then back down once we leave. Perfect. On full height it's nearly as high a clearance as my VW Amarok pickup! (The lane is the reason I had to flog the Beemer).
