Never buy new. New model will lower second-hand prices further still.
Costs
Be prepeared for some expensive bits like brakes. Don't buy if you're only going to drive in town. its a motorway cruiser and will return over 30mpg with a light foot.

Easy relaxed driving. Slightly fidgety ride. Smooth engine and gearbox.

kickdown and takeoff. surprise most other cars on the road

Great recaro front seats, multiadjustable. Back a little slippery on leather.
