What does this car say about you?

That I'm trapped in the eighties probably. I wanted a drivers car, not a fat, ugly modern car which drives itself.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They all love it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes. Can be costly to maintain but shes worth it!

What are you likely to buy next?

I would never sell this car but if I bought another car it would have to be a BMW 635CSI.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Bought the car on ebay. Good deal, car had FSH including regular cam belt changes. Genuine low mileage of only 70K in 22 years!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I have always wanted an E30 BMW since I was a kid. To me the E30 is the most beautiful BMW ever produced.

What's it like to drive?

Fantastic! Sticks to the road like glue. Engaging, always fun to drive but be careful and don't get too cocky, the rear wheel drive could catch you out, especially in the wet!

What's it like to park?

Nightmare, very heavy, no power steering!

Have you had any problems with the car?

Petrol leak from small hose. Head gasket is starting to go!

What's most practical about your car?

Large boot

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

None. Not many extras, just electric front windows and manual sunroof. No power steering!
