What does this car say about you?

that id rather spend 3 grand for a decent car then finance a corsa sxi. Had my 1st one when i was 19, mates at collage were Jealous

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

All big fans of bmws anyway

Would you buy this car again and why?

only if times were hard, moving on to bigger and better things now but is a great car for the money

What are you likely to buy next?

currently looking at E60 545 and 530d, also the E39 M5, E46 M3 and TVR Cerbera. still cant decide.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yeah i think so, bought privatly and previous owner had spent thousands. Highest spec'd E36 iv seen. could never have got a standard one and done all the work for the price i payed

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

What else can you buy thats rear wheel drive with decent power for sensible money. Also this car has an LSD, was a contributing factor

with the current mods about as good as the e36 will get, this one is much better than my old E36 325

Have you had any problems with the car?

Yeah but its 12 years old now. needed a clutch which meant engine out due to siezed bolts. Rear suspension bushed and water pump guarenteed to fail if not already replaced but all done on mine.

What's most practical about your car?

with inlet manifold upgrade and remap, getting about 220-230bhp and still get 30mpg and about 38mpg on a run.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

love playing the 80mph cruise control game.
