Relative to quality, this is a keenly priced vehicle.

Insurance not as low as one might imagine with all the security and safety features, but fairly frugal on fuel.

Excellent box, precise steering, excellent handling and sporty feel.
Performance
Fine around town. Surprisingly lively and responsive for a 4-pot, but on motorway underpowered, especially with full compliment of passengers and luggage. Fine with driver only.

What you lose out through it being a mere 318, you gain by it not being flash. Flash BMWs = yuk.
