What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Think it looks very nice. Very pleasant interior, good quality materials.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Would buy a BMW 3 Series again, but wouldn't choose the M-Sport version. Would get a 330d SE auto instead. Dealer has been excellent throughout, good deal, good after sales and responding to problems. Car is very good to drive, fast for a 2 litre diesel.
What are you likely to buy next?
Either BMW 3 Series, Audi A4 or Mercedes C Class.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Bought just before end 2nd quarter when dealer tring to meet sales target. Got £3600 discount, and then another £2000 for using BMW finance. Car was UK stock.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Reputation for quality, fuel economy, looks.
What was the dealer like?
Excellent, but let two dealers compete for order.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Excellent apart from notchy gearchange. Ride is surprisingly good on runflats, only deep potholes make you wince when wheels crash into them. New tyres are > £220 EACH! Don't believe official consumption. 45 mpg is as good as we've had for mixed journeys.
What's it like to park?
Watch the wheels - very easy to kerb.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Needed new steering rack after 3 months. Clutch is starting to judder under load (at 9000 miles). Gearshift not best - needs looking at during first service.
What's most practical about your car?
Fold flat seats with one lever - much better than Volvo V50 previously owned.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Wish I hadn't had the 18" wheels. Look very nice, but have had to have three repaired so far due to kerb damage. Very low profile tyres don't protect wheels very well. Sports seats are very comfortable.
