The car is amazing, the extras I have on it are fantastic, it drives well, is very comfortable, practical and great looking inside and out. Unfortunately it is too unreliable for a car I paid £48,500 for with extras. I’m definitely going back to Audi. My last 4 cars have been Audi’s with absolutely no faults!
How reliable do you find the car?
Bought a brand new touring in Sept 17. It was in the garage 3mths of the first 6mths I owned it. It had so many faults such as the sun roof getting stuck open, the boot lid locking open and more... I eventually rejected the car and was given a new one. I got the new one in June 18. The electrics keep failing meaning I can’t get in using the comfort opening (I paid extra for). It is now off the road with a knocking noise coming from the front suspension. The garage have replaced the strut and suspension arm amongst other parts but have not rectified the problem. I’m currently driving a 2 series courtesy car.... never buy a bmw!About their car
