Stupid amount of car for the money. Spot on.
Costs
Drinks petrol, but look at the size of it! Expensive electrical parts because there are so many.

Driving
Considering size, handles excellent. You want it to purr, it will. You want it to growl, it also will. Very good.
Performance
Again considering weight and mass, superb. Basic 730i will do 60 in less than 9 secs. Wonder what 740 V8 can do! Happily cruises at 135!

Very good. If you mess about with it, you will feel the cost. Plenty of independents around.

Still looks good. Only shows its age when put next to E38 7-series. Just needs 18" rims and tinted windows - you will get respect!
Comfort
Excellent. Seats 5 in comfort. Seats are like armchairs. Minimum outside noise at 10mph or at 130mph.

Not bad. Window seals strong and glass strong. Most thieves will not steal one of these, because they know the owner will get them!!

Expensive main dealers, but very helpful. Again, plenty of independents out there.

Excellent. Idling speed must be correctly set though, otherwise faultless.

Seats don't wear badly like the smaller BMWs. Leather is supple and lasts long.
