Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

What let BMW down is; A. Lack of customer care totally clueless, managed to figure CEO email contact details and copied him in so called dedicated team take over?no response from Mr Grieve himself to follow up. B. Customer satisfaction abmissmal. All I could get out of the contact centre was we are not technical, therefore cannot do anything yet alone make arrangements to ensure security of vehicle? Basically I got the impression that the customer does not understand the vehicle they own and what they experience from it. C. 50k car no interest I guess these things grow on trees and they are given away to lucky individuals. D. I am sure BMW would have the corporate bulls*** machine address there poor performance. I compare this customer care against my wife Peugeot 208, local dealer nothing a problem and always willing to help. Once I had managed to convince myself I was not inadvertently opening the tailgate It was a week before the dealer could look at the vehicle no courtesy vehicle available and a £5 limit on a taxi (one way) rather then be insultedI took the bus return.

How reliable do you find the car?

Un explained tail gate opening? According to BMW not known on this particular model which I find amusing As it is known on others?

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

I guess the disappointment come to the lack of response from BMW, no interest at all, customer values none, just corporate c***.
