    Yes, especially whist MK 7 Golfs are fitted with electronic parking brakes, shrunken boots & represent such poor comparative value for money.

    What's it like to drive?

    Satisfactory & extremely comfortable for long journeys. The steering does lack feel in comparison to VW Golf.

    What's it like to park?

    Easy .It came fitted with reversing sensors which are essential (for the fairer sex).

    What's most practical about your car?

    It suits our extended family needs & transports up to four people (& one dog) at a reasonable speed in relative comfort & economy. It is more refined than our Mk6 Golf GTTDI which is still being run alongside the v40.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    As a Volvo ex-fleet car it arrived with a comprehensive list of accessories, some more practical than others. + TFT display, Climate Control, HID lights & spare wheel - Driver support pack:- Our jury remains unconvinced.
