What does this car say about you?

There are few around generally so I love the fact it is a bit different. Who wants to spend thousands on a car everyone else has.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

All very impressed

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, but secondhand as you will lose a lot in the first year.

What are you likely to buy next?

Depends what is about but I would consider another Captiva Diesel.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Purchased on Ebay. I was offered 11500 for it by the nearest dealer just after I brought it. He said he can't get enough of them.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I liked the look of the car compared to the alternatives and the price was right. Brought on Ebay from Aberdeen, Scotland. Drove it back to Surrey. No problems and a great journey home.

What was the dealer like?

Dealer seems fine. £230 for a service seems fair to me.

What's it like to drive?

Personally I find it fine. Its not a sports car so don't expect sport handling. We drove it 650 miles over two days and i can't fault it.

What's it like to park?

It's a big car and therefore it should be hard to park, but it's not with the rear sensors.

Have you had any problems with the car?

NO. It feels pretty well screwed together

What's most practical about your car?

Everything seems well thought out. The 7 seats are so easy and the space inside is great.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

MP3 socket and parking sensors.
