What does this car say about you?

I was 17, it showed my age!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everyone loved it, shame my mates would make such a mess on the inside though.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I DID! Two years later after parting with this model one, I bought a 1.4i SX model (if your thinking of buying one, go for the 1.4i SX model over the 1.1i X model).

What are you likely to buy next?

After the Saxo I went to a Peugeot 206, then to a Fiat Punto, then back to another Saxo, then a newer shape Fiat Punto then to a Renault Clio, then another Renault Clio but a diesel model, and I've just sold that as I've bought a Peugeot 206cc. (I'm still only 23, I never keep a car too long I get bored to easily. But the longest I've ever kept a car was for 8 months and that was BOTH the Saxo's and if I hadn't crashed the 2nd one, I'd probably still have it today!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND A CITROEN SAXO!!

Did you get a good deal and why?

I had an excellent deal. Saved almost £1,000 on RRP.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I bought the car from an auction, it was an ex driving school car, but at the time was still worth about £2,500.

What was the dealer like?

Bought from auction.

What's it like to drive?

Was nice to drive, but I still wanted the car my driving instructor had! (Don't all learners though?)

What's it like to park?

Easy to park, never had a problem. Was just as easy to park with your eyes shut!

Have you had any problems with the car?

Alternator went after about five months and then the clutch went after about six months. Passengers seat snapped but that was through no fault of Citroens!! ;)

What's most practical about your car?

The lil Saxo would run all day on fumes! Felt like it never needed any petrol!

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Bog standard car, but it was my first, so I loved it all the same.
