Dacia Jogger review (2024)

Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

A new car for £20,650 with 7 seats is amazing. Without the two rear seats it's a massive estate car. Once you accept you went for a value car rather than a head turner you have pride in your choice. I was anxious the car would be underpowered, no not at all. It doesn't win at the lights but the little turbo is quite happy to bring you a smile although a gear drop does help.
The deeper green is a unique colour - not matched as I can see by anyone else.
The interior is primarily plastic and pretty robust. If it disappoints, remember what you paid. It accepts voice control and you have heated seats, auto wipers and SOS calling support.
Faults - the heating is rather crude cool/warm/hot! The tonneau cover could be better but does the job. You can see an odd staple on the floor lining.
I don't think you can get better value for money for any car and I think it looks pretty smart. What you have is a seven seater for seven adults or a huge estate car without the additional seats. Go for the Extreme and test drive one, just remember you're choosing a car for value.

How reliable do you find the car?

Not a very good PDI - interior trim was missing. Soon sorted DAB radio needed an update and took about four weeks to resolve.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

Excellent value.
