    Not part of crowd. Quarky, marmite 4x4. Who cares it cost £1500 and works.

    What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

    They poke fun until they find out what I paid for it and whats under the bonnet (merc power).

    Would you buy this car again and why?

    YES YES because its under rated and cheap if you can find one (only 400 in the UK).

    What are you likely to buy next?

    The same, however, I'm going to keep for at least 10 years as long as it holds up.

    Did you get a good deal and why?

    Its the cheapest 4x4 i could kind with only 60k on the clock with history. Merc powered pre cdi engine. Its an OM engine so should go on and on.

    Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

    I bought the car to get dirty and pull my horse box (weekend work horse). It was a cheap 4x4 powered by Merc Thus keeping my car clean

    What's it like to drive?

    It drives like a dream, the other half is not as keen. She drives it like a car and forgets the merc engine is out of sprinter van and you need to work it a little and be in the correct gear when towing. Soft ride hence the Graysons

    No problem SWB.

    Have you had any problems with the car?

    Yes, the Master cylinder gave up. The heater drain rubber split. Easy to repair but hard to find.

    What's most practical about your car?

    It works and pulls like a train.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    I put a pair of Grayson spring assisters on the rear to improve towing. keeps the truck level. Only cost £35 well worth it.
