Fiat 500 Hatchback 1.2 S 3d Owner Review

We bought our 1.2 S sport from new. Equipment levels are very god with bluetooth hands free etc as standard. The S sport also gives very comfortable sports seats and a flat bottomed keather stering wheel with full controls like an Audi TT. This and the sport trim sets it apart from other versions which are aimed more at females. My wife loves our sport and much prefers it to the other editions and would be loathed to part with it. It is very cheap to run and own. Our sport is fitted with the upgraded 16" alloys which look fantastic but.....the tyres cost a lot more to replace and the ride quality is also much more sporty. The front pads/ discs were replaced at 25000 miles front tyres about 23000. The only minor bugbear is the lack of power with 4 on board when approaching any sort of decent gradient which can be expected with the 1.2 69 bhp engine. Solo driving though it is fine and an absolute doddle in city driving parking in any small space available. Would i recommend one...absolutely preferably the Sport editions in red! a little pretend Ferrari.
