  • Economy

    Value

    5 out of 5 5.0

Amazing value, although it must be said, buy on condition not price. This is a proper sports car, only buy if you realise what that means from a cost, insurance and parts perspective.

    Costs

    3 out of 5 3.0

Like all proper fast cars, this is expensive to maintain, but cheaper than a lot of its peer group.

    Driving

    5 out of 5 5.0

This car drives like the well-developed grand tourer it is. Light and easy to place, comfortable (yet firm). However as soon as you blip your foot on the accelerator you find out that you are driving a true performance car. The grin never fades.

    Performance

    5 out of 5 5.0

Remarkably tame and easy to drive around town - you wouldn't guess what it is capable of. Unbelievable acceleration and sustainable/safe/comfortable at high speeds.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    5 out of 5 5.0

Has never let me down. Ever. Lots of things have needed replacing, expensively, but all down to wear and tear - clutch, exhaust etc.

Got mine in dark green metallic because I like things to be understated. This car is stunning/controvesial, has appealed to me since launch because there's something a bit awkward/a bit not right, it has character.

    Comfort

    5 out of 5 5.0

You want for nothing. Climate control has never let me down, leather seats are fine, easy to get in and out of, plenty of space in back seats and the boot.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    4 out of 5 4.0

Came with aftermarket alarm, which is rubbish, however no one has ever tried to pinch the car, so immobiliser must have good reputation amongst crims.

    Service

    1 out of 5 1.0

Never go to a main dealer. Use an independant Italian car specialist, there are many. Main dealer I asked to find me a coupe to buy told me they wouldn't cos they're trouble. Well that's cos they don't know how to look after them from personal experience.
