That you ignored all the warnings about FIATs poor build quality and reliability or that you wanted a reasonably cheap new car

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

We called it 'the beast' because it was far too big for a supermini and jet black, everyone thought it looked ok but after driving it were left unimpressed

Would you buy this car again and why?

I didnt buy it and after this wouldnt buy one, if all new fiats are the same I wouldnt want one although the interior quality has certainly improved over old FIATs

Courtesy car for 2 weeks (58 plate)

What was the dealer like?

What's it like to drive?

Its big, roly, numb and slow only gets exciting when you get it on three wheels round a tight corner...(which I obviously never did) Suprisingly relaxing to drive on the motorway though with little road or engine noise, just dont expect to go far above 70

What's it like to park?

Bigger than it needs to be but light steering, wide mirrors and decent rear screen means its not exactly difficult

Have you had any problems with the car?

Rear de-mister only half worked, trouble starting in the damp, city mode was intermittent, trip computer failed

What's most practical about your car?

Easily big enough to carry 4 people, economical when driven normally and decent boot

'City' Steering when it worked, soft touch indicators
