  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

Fun. Most at home in town. Could have done with a fifth gear for motorway driving.

    What's it like to park?

As easy as it gets. Square bodied small car with the front and back easily visible.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

Needed a new front wiper motor and water pump in the five years I owned it. Plus a bit of bodywork attention. Other than that just service items. The engine did give up eventually but it was no history car with unknown mileage and my car sympathy wasn't always the best at the time.

What's most practical about your car?

The almost complete lack of technology and gadgets. Was able to do almost all work on the car myself. Simple and fun motoring.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Factory-supplied screwdriver stored in the engine bay. Amazing how much work you could do on the car with this and a couple of spanners.
