  • Economy

    Value

    5 out of 5 5.0

Outstanding even against other superminis. Negotiate hard though.

    Costs

    5 out of 5 5.0

Very cheap to insure and 43-47mpg. No moans at all.

  • On the road

    Driving

    4 out of 5 4.0

Very positive and typically Italian, with good handling and roadholding.

    Performance

    2 out of 5 2.0

Adequate, but nothing like the get up and go of our previous old model, the 1.1 Punto. Clearly the new safety kit and bodyshell has made it significantly heavier. Compensation is that it's much quieter at cruising and good consumption.

  • Living with it

Very roomy for size with a good boot. Excellent front seats with good motorway comfort and wide range of adjustments.
