Value
I bought it second-hand after looking at an AUDI A2 and a Citroen C3 - it was much cheaper than either of those and it had more options installed on it. Also, it had an 18 month warranty and AA Europe cover still left on it.
Costs
The insurance is very cheap. It is only a group 5, I believe.

On the road
Driving
I think that the drive is very smooth; the accelerator is very good. The only real problem can be reversing when the passenger-side mirror will not let you see the curb.
Performance
The fuel costs have been very good, especially on long and mid-lrange journeys. You can typically expect 55-60mpg.

I really liked these cars when they first came out. I thought that the look was great and really wanted one, I thought that I wouldn't be able to afford one but to my suprise I could - and a high spec one to boot.
Comfort
It really excels at comfort; it's got a stack of little features as well as well-designed seats.

It feels as solid as a Volkwagen and I believe that the security is excellent.
