Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

No, no and no. If I saw another one of these things parked up ( and it's highly unlikely unless I'm in a scrapyard ) I'd cross the road to avoid it. Any issues involve finding someone with the dedicated Peugeot / Citroen diagnostic tool. Try asking one of them to look at a French car with a Fiat badge!! The only guy near me laughed when I asked him. Bought mine with 'full service history' and a seemingly poultry 73000 miles, from the original owner. 3 cambelt changes to boot - I was confident we would get a head start at least. Buy any of these cheap and you are asking for trouble. So I played safe and paid accordingly. How wrong I was. There is service history and then there is service history. Mind you, with these [expletive] things, Fiat dealers didn't have a clue, but having NOW done my research, the Peugeot. / Citroen dealers were equally useless with the 807 and C8 variants too. The previous owner had been to every fast fit place known to man - only to grace each with one visit. He had the cambelt done 3 times, didn't bother with the water pump and only had the tensioner replaced once - the mind boggles as to why. The final receipt was for a recovery late last year to another one of Northampton's fast fit joint's, who diagnosed a knackered fuel pressure regulator. The 20 quid part was replaced, but no action was seemingly taken by the previous owner to rectify the diesel leak.... I'm now stuck with at least one knackered injector seal and possibly knackered injector or injectors and another shot fuel pressure regulator as it keeps getting covered in diesel. No one wants to touch an Italian car with the dreaded PSA HDi engine. Have heard various horror stories about removing injectors - including soaking them in Coca Cola for a fortnight to facilitate removal. Foreesing a bank busting bill, I'm scrapping it.
