Ford Edge 2.0 TDCi (210bhp) Sport 5d Powershift Owner Review

Traded a C220 AMG estate and a VW Tiguan as I approached retirement and had to be a good (caravan ) towcar . Am very pleased a few months in . A slight niggle with a tyre pressure sensor well sorted by Bristol Street in Cheltenham . As we own the car it gets better and better what we thought were over complicated "safety" systems have proved to be very worthwhile , the car is quiet, comfy and a pleasure to travel in . On the motorway at 70 getting 42mpg at 1400rpm no complains for big heavy car . The Ford powershift gearbox is really great a lot better than than the Merc I was driving.My only real gripe is that the dash readouts are a bit hard to read first time that said so are lots of other cars ! Sorted for the latest model with a full digital dash ! All I would say to the Merc/ Audi crowd is give it a go !
