Cheap Ford parts and servicing. No major work after 192,000 miles.

Driving
Feeling tired now with age, but still drives pretty well. No PAS makes it hard work in small spaces though.
Performance
After 192,000 miles it doesnt have real potency, but still cruises well on the motorway at 85mph.

Trouble-free 160,000 miles since I bought it 6 years ago.

All too common Escort, but then again its built for functionality and not image.
Comfort
Comfortable, although seats are now starting to lose their supportiveness.
