Value
So basic - no E/W, no C/L, no PAS.
Costs
Cheap parts, plenty to be found in scrapyards too. However, for a diesel, the economy's not great (I average about 42 MPG).

No power steering makes for hard work, very dull to drive.

The slowest car I've EVER had. Boring!

Can take some starting on a cold morning, but gets there eventually. Otherwise pretty good.
