Pretty good if ex-Ford Direct fleet, buy 10 months old and save a packet!
Costs
Reasonable - beware Ford agents trying to charge £60 to program a new key though. DIY takes 30 seconds and is detailed in the manual.

Very precise, light controls, good lighting, excellent ergonomics.
Performance
1.6 is adequate, but more power would be useful, see the 2.0 auto perhaps.
