They likes the drive, equipment and style. Loathed its relliability - all of us

Would you buy this car again and why?

No way! They might be relliable from new, but after this one - I'll never touch another ford again! Nothing has changed from the days of the escort mk2 relliability wise after a few years ownership

A mazda 6. It's japanese and garuanteed to be relliable for it

Did you get a good deal and why?

They took my subaru impreza off my hands for £3500. In todays hammer a motorist climate I was estatic to offload it.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

According to all mags, it will be a very relliable economical sound buy.

Very good. I see why the testers praised them

Nice steering, compact size. Ideal on that front

Have you had any problems with the car?

Let's see... major oil leaks THREE times within a month of ownership, the clutch and thrust bearing failing on the second and third month. The oil cooler and starter motor went up the swanny just outside of the warranty - I paid a contributing fee of £450 including parts and labour and promptly got rid of the bag of
