In 45 years of driving I have always found Fords to be the most reliable and economical cars to own. I returned to Fords after an unsuccessful interlude with another manufacturer and have never regretted it. The fact that there are still thousands of Focuses still on the road, many of them over 20 years old speaks for itself. How many of the models which would have been seen as direct competitors can demonstrate the same longevity?
