Value
Well worth every penny - cheaper than a Sharan (same vehicle).
Costs
Excellent on fuel. Expensive on some parts. servicing is very reasonable.

Driving
All controls within easy reach, laid out very well. Very versatile adustable driver's seat. Lacks adjustable lumbar support, though.
Performance
For a diesel, excellent. Drives like a petrol in relation to response and speed. Engine very quiet for a diesel. Handles very well.

Reliability
Recommend extended Warranty. Rear compartment heater started smoking after warranty expired - cost £500 to replace by Ford. No major faults - well built.
Comfort
Mulit-position seats. Rear seats on slide rails as well. Easy to get in and out of rear seats. Separate rear compartment heater.

Ford has given my car back unwashed and they don't carry out all tasks requested.

Tyres are reinforced - cost a lot to replace. Good thing is - can't get a Ford part such as brakes... goto VW / SEAT and buy it.
