Value
Excellent value. We got a Ford Direct on with 4k on the clock, almost top spec.
Costs
Cheap to run. We average 44 per gallon overall.

Driving
Excellent on the motorway but it does roll round corners in town.
Performance
Go for the 130 rather than the 115. The salesman persuaded us to do this and it was definitely a good move.

Reliability
Only went wrong when I put petrol in it. Fortunately I did not start it. Still cost £250.00 to sort out though.

Franchised Ford dealers are not at the same level as BMW for example of which I have one so I know. All the people seem to be a bit less refined and less focused on the customer.
