Paid £6500 for a collection with air con and alloys.
Costs
I have rejected the vehicle due to the problems I have experienced with the car and Heartlands Ford Erdington Birmingham. Solicitors are involved, but Ford are still unwilling to do anything.

Due to a defective steering and cooling system, the car was hard work to drive.

Extremely poor.

In the very short time I had the car, it proved to be very unreliable.

The overall image is ok for a cheap city car.
Comfort
I could never find a comfortable driving position and rear seat passengers have no legroom.

An immobiliser is clearly not sufficient. Then who would want to steal a Ka?

Ford are the worst car company I have ever dealt with. They will not provide me with an exchange, so I am taking them to court.

Engine has been damaged due to faulty water pump.

Power steering reservoir has been replaced twice along with a steering column and water pump.
