Reliability
My subframe bushes needed changing at 37,000 miles. This was way too early and Ford covered the full cost (£385). Otherwise a 100% reliable car for me.

Personally I think the saloon has a better image than the hatchback. Unfortunately because a lot of Mondeos are fleet cars, everyone seems to think I am a sales rep! Which I am not!
Comfort
Slow speed a bit stiff. Very good when at speed.

The service manager did not have to offer to see if Ford would cover the cost of the subframe bush replacement but he did. It saved me £385. You can also book your car for service online. My Ford dealer opens very early and closes late.
