Honda Accord Saloon 2.2i TYPE-R 4d (AC) (2001/51) Owner Review

Economy
Value
Way overpriced for what you get and I only gave £5k for a 51 plater. In my opinion £4k is too much.
Costs
Save your money and buy something else with all the toys.

On the road
Driving
Depressing as a vectra, no luxuries, and the engine noise is terrible. Need to upgrade stereo to overcome it, no soundproofing, and better suited to the track than the road.
Performance
Very slow and flat until the vtec kicks in at 6000rmp, then it hits limiter at 8500. Go for quick change and start again. Its not natural to red line cars all the time and I don't like doing it even though its built for it.
