Value
Excellent value second hand if you shop around. Never buy from Honda dealers - they will rob you blind!
Costs
Excellent fuel economy if driven sedately with the economy light on. I get 45 mpg average - better than a diesel! Again avoid Honda dealers - you can get the same job done at your local garage for a quarter of the price.

Driving
Average handling. Don't expect a sports car.
Performance
Very good for a 1.5. Really shifts past 5500 rpm but fuel economy suffers.

Reliability
It's a Honda. Truly superb build quality and amazing engines. My mechanic tells me he's seen them sail past the 200,000 mile mark without missing a beat.

Middle-aged image on base models. VTi models would score a 5 for hooligan performance and boy racer image.

Comfortable ride, smooth engine.
