Excellent value. Better quality than Focus/Golf and more spec for your money

Cheap road tax and 45+mpg fuel economy, but shockingly expensive servicing (£310 for a second annual service)

I like it, but lots of people (wrongly) see a Focus as more sporty and a Golf as more upmarket

Plenty of space, decent seats, but more under-bonnet soundproofing would be nice

Immobiliser, deadlocks, unique fit stereo, just like most cars in its class

Very expensive servicing for this class of car. Have also been waiting for a CD changer lead for two months - apparently it's ""on order"".
