This is my third Jazz (55 reg 1.4 cvt and 61 reg. 1.3 hybrid) and frankly I wish I had kept the hybrid.
The new Jazz has lots of gadgets and the reversing camera is the most useful.
I went for the top of the range model thinking it would be the most comfortable but the ride is awful. The hard suspension and low-profile tyres jar you to bits on anything other than a smooth motorway. Driving around town or on B roads is no longer pleasant as you get shaken to pieces.
Compared to the Mk 2 Jazz, you can see where cost cutting on interior trim (carpets etc) has taken place. I had trouble with the cvt gearbox hunting but this has now settled down. The engine seems underpowered compared to my previous Jazz and consumption is disappointing at an average of 45mpg even on a long run.
I love the Jazz concept especially the magic seats but this particular car has been an expensive mistake.
