What does this car say about you?

From others, perhaps: old boy trying to get his youth back. For me: I love the scintillating performance, the ride quality, the reliabilty, the cheap cost of maintainance.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They love it. Not many have seen one before and get it mixed up with an MX5. Everyone, without exception, wants to have a blast down the road in it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, definitely; because every time I get in it, I get a huge smile on my face. It's the most fun you can have on four wheels.

What are you likely to buy next?

A 2005 facelifted Honda S2000.

Wanted 'something for the weekends' and driving holidays in Europe.

What's it like to drive?

Fabulous. Very fast, great predictable, rear wheel drive handling. Can be driven to the limit, safely on German autobahns.

What's it like to park?

Easy with the the top down. Less so, with it up.

No

What's most practical about your car?

Nver lets me down. Very important when touring abroad.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Very fast electrically powered soft-top.
