In their own words

We got the car from Jaguar Leasing on the 31st July 2020 Was delivered no charging cable so we could not use but cable was delivered next day mid afternoon first time A/C not working called the dealer as was advised that they have no courtesy car available for at least 3 wks and best to go to another dealer nearer to where we live so booked it in still no courtesy car service manager was to say the least very rude and said he should not look at it as was bought from other dealer but then took the keys was in garage 2 days went to pick up drove home then same problem no A/C and crazy hot weather so booked in again was assured all will be ok but then driving back same fault again so rebooked in back in they had for 7 days so back again surprise surprise same fault by that point thought would best to go back to original dealer after a lot discussions they lent me a car and so far has been in garage 8 days and just been advised that it will be at least another 10 days I have reported to JAGUAR and apparently has to go through complaints team which would up to 5 days so assuming we get car back in 10 days well Jaguar you done well its getting on for 30 days now and done more miles going to and from garages then car has done 400 miles think I have done about 40 miles To be honest DONT WANT CAR BACK and wish Jaguar Land/Rover all the success they deserve terrible terrible customer service
