Value
Let someone else take the first year's depreciation! Same price as a new Mondeo when only 18 months old and there is no comparison.
Costs
You wouldn't expect cheap parts but the fuel consumption is 33mpg on a run.

Very sporty when it needs to be - refined around town.
Performance
0-60 in less than 7 secs says it all - very quick for a big car.

I had a problem with the power steering but it was fixed under warranty.

The retro S type image is not for everyone but if you get the de-chromed sport model with the 18" Monacos - just count the stares - especially in black.
Comfort
Interior is one of the best bits, if slightly smaller than a 5 series inside.
