In their own words

I'd wanted one of these since watching the test on top Gear in 2009. It has not disappointed at all. The performance is almost violent an acceleration seems never ending, the 0-60 figure of 4.7s is deceptive due to the slow launch, it feels much quicker. As well as the fantastic performance, it's extremely comfortable and a very nice place to be, cruising is absolutely effortless. The handling is surprisingly sharp for a 1.8 tonne car and even on a twisty race track it doesn't feel cumbersome. It is sensitive to tyre choices though and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S are my favourite choice. Reliability has been far better than the reputation would suggest, in four years I've replaced one door lock mechanism and a couple suspension bushes. It's not exactly frugal but it will average 20mpg and on a long motorway run will touch 30mpg which I think is good and certainly far better than my friends Merc AMG C63. I can't imagine I'll be replacing mine any time soon, I can't think of anything I want more for under £25k. For what they're selling for now, I think they're an absolute bargain
