In their own words

Overall a great car compared to the competition. The ride comfort and handling is better than its German rivals. It’s on par with the bmw 5er in terms of ride comfort but the jag has better agility. It trumps the A6 and the E class on both comfort and agility. Worth noting I have had all 3. There is a review on here mentioning how it isn’t agile but comparing it to a tuned 4 series ? Best to ignore silly reviewers like that.

I have the 180hp diesel engine and it’s torquey and smooth for 4 pot diesel however it is noisy and runs out of puff past 3krpm, the Audi 2.0 diesel is the pick of the bunch. The MPG is decent and can push 55mpg driving at an indicated speed of 70mph. I’ve hit 72mpg driving at 56mph over 50 miles.

The car must the had with the 10 inch screen and car play or else it feels a generation behind. The sound insulation isn’t quite on par with its German rivals but is better than the smaller saloons like the c class and 3 series. It’s probably equal to the B9 A4 if not a touch quieter.
